Returns
Timeframe: We accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Condition: For a return to be possible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging. The item must also have the original receipt/invoice.
Refunds
Refund amount: If your return is approved, you will be refunded 80 % of the purchase amount. The remaining 20 % will be deducted as a storage fee.
Processing time: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after receipt of the returned item.
Exchange
We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact our customer support team.
Damaged articles
If the item is damaged during shipping or upon receipt, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange a return or refund as required.
Return shipment
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
